The preferred choice for environmentally-conscious pet owners, UMI offers an ethical plastic-free alternative to hazardous EPI bags with our vegetable-based dog poop bags, which are 100% biodegradable and fully-certified as safe for home composting. Our bags decompose optimally in a composting bin, where oxygen and higher temperatures accelerate the breakdown of microbes, primarily into water and carbon dioxide, but also biodegrade more slowly in regular soil. Important: Avoid using on vegetables intended for human consumption or as mulch in areas where children play (dog manure contains harmful bacteria). We’re all in this together!
